Communication: the Art that Cultivates One's Life
One Perspective
A lucid dream is one channel of communication which, through an internal process, can prepare a new way of perceiving one's life.
A couple of nights ago, the writer spiraled in her dream into a galaxy of stars. While she was floating, a voice spoke, "We all represent the vastness of the universe, being inside the experience, inside the word."
That dream pointed out once again her inter-connection with the web of creation. While pondering over the dream a memory returned and a proverb by Antoine de Saint-Exupery came to mind, "As for the future, your task is not to foresee it but to enable it."
The writer feels a knowing that the awareness from which information is shared has a great impact on a life experienced. By nature, a human being likes to cooperate in benevolent manner. Still to this day, the innate benevolence of man gets overwritten by threatening environments.
Due to projections in the human mind, the threat never stops and fear becomes an automated, re-created condition. It is the frequency of fear that dries up the lively well of goodhearted acts. Misleading perceptions leave man in the illusion of separation and the pain that comes with exertions to influence for the motive of self-interest. Yet, there are also many powerful stories where a man's will, empowered by love's compassion, disarmed imminent threats, such as in When a Man is a Hero - A True Story.
Is the purpose of life to be a conscious creator?
The answer is intimately linked to a person's individual journey of conscious perception. The writer herself concluded to answer with "yes." Through self discovery she saw that a human body is like a humming universe held together by consciousness. The following quotes by Max Planck, a pioneer of quantum theory, supported her self-realized perception.
"I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness." - as quoted in The Observer (25 January 1931)
"There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." [The Nature of Matter], speech at Florence, Italy (1944)
For the writer the individual journey of conscious perception begins with the ability to tap into one's life by uniting within to a single point of existence. With the understanding that comes from that pure communicating perspective, life can truly be altered. The abundance of life's essential qualities entered the writer's life when she switched from conditioned communication, from the mind chatter and started listening to what she felt in her heart.
Bioelectromagnetic Communication
Research conducted at the Institute of HeartMath (IHM) Research Center suggests that the heart's field is an important carrier of information....
"The heart is the most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body's organs.
"The heart's electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain....
"Furthermore, the magnetic field produced by the heart is more than 5,000 times greater in strength than the field generated by the brain.... " - Douglas E. Noll
The findings of Institute of HeartMath amount to scientific proof, among other things, that a compassionate heart can actually bring peace to the room.
In the end the Persian poet known as Rumi or Mavlani summed it into one short sentence, "I am a farmer of the heart."
